How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to texmopipe@texmopipe.com
• Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request - Texmo Samruddhi Engineer App
• Include your registered email address and mobile number

Once your request is verified, your account and related data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Your user profile (name, email address, phone number)
• Login credentials and authentication data
• Leads and activity records (if not required by law)

Data That May Be Retained

• Financial and reward transaction records (kept for up to 180 days for audit and compliance)
• Non-personal, aggregated statistics and system logs
